AGENT HOUSE AI LTD. · LAST UPDATED 9 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Agent House AI Ltd. handles information when you visit agenthouse.cloud or contact us about our services.
Information you choose to share
A Gap Scan request asks for your name, work email, business name, website and a short description of what you want to improve. When you submit the form, we store the request in our enquiry database, together with its reference, submission time and record of your privacy acknowledgement. We use this information to respond and prepare the requested scan.
Contact and notifications
Requests are available to our team and may generate an email notification to our business contact. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through this form.
Public research and AI tools
Gap Scans use publicly available business information, including websites and competitor materials. We use AI tools, including Claude API and Claude Code Agent Teams, to support analysis and delivery. Relevant business information supplied in your request may be processed by those tools for that purpose. Please omit personal or confidential details that are unnecessary for the scan. Our consultants review findings and recommendations.
Service providers and international processing
Our hosting, email, backup and AI service providers process information as needed to provide their services. Processing may take place outside your country. Enquiry data is included in our encrypted server backups. For consulting engagements involving non-public information, the scope, permissions and handling arrangements should be agreed before access is provided.
Website logs, cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional cookies. Hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, for security and operation. The enquiry endpoint temporarily stores a hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions; those rate-limit entries are removed as new requests arrive after one hour. We do not use these records to build advertising profiles.
Third-party processing and tracking signals
We disclose relevant information to providers of hosting, email delivery, encrypted backup and AI processing to deliver the services described here. We do not sell website enquiry information or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising. No advertising network or cross-site analytics provider is embedded on this website.
This website does not track visitors across other websites. It does not change its behaviour in response to browser Do Not Track signals because it does not perform that tracking. We do not use Global Privacy Control signals to enable or disable advertising data sales; no such sales or advertising sharing are configured for this site.
Retention and your choices
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion from the live enquiry database 12 months after submission. Email correspondence and records needed for an ongoing engagement, contract, dispute or applicable legal obligation are managed separately and may be retained longer. Copies in backups expire according to the server backup retention schedule and are not immediately removed from each historic backup.
You can request access to enquiry information you provided, or ask for its correction or deletion, by emailing our contact below. Identify the email address used in your request and, if available, its reference. We verify requests as needed and explain any applicable reason for retaining records.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email frederick.leung@agenthouse.cloud. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Updates
We post changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a material change affects information already collected, we will provide an appropriate notice, such as a website notice or email where we have your contact details, and seek consent where required.
